What is your cancellation policy?
In order to avoid cancellation and/or non-arrival charges, guests should observe Castle House’s cancellation policy, which is up to 12 noon, 24 hours prior to arrival, 72 hours prior to arrival for 4 rooms or more, or longer for certain bookings e.g Christmas, New Year. This includes advance cancellation of any supplementary activities, treatments or tickets that may have been issued.
