Our Tasting Menu experience begins with a cocktail and an assortment of canapés before the tasting of five delicious courses, all created by our Head Chef, Gabor Katona. 

Each dish has been thoughtfully and carefully constructed using fresh and mostly seasonal ingredients, some grown in our Ballingham Hall farm's kitchen garden.  The Wine Flight is an optional extra with each wine specifically chosen to complement the flavours within each dish and perfectly accompany your meal.
