Autumn Winter 2019 Calendar of Events

Throughout the year we run a programme of events, from food and wine dinners to interesting talks and workshops. Valentine's Dinner

Our intimate restaurant is perfect for a romantic, candlelit dinner and our chefs have created a delicious, five-course Tasting Menu, with St. Valentine's Day in mind.  Check with reception for our 2020 Valentine's weekend packages. We recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.

Pre-Cheltenham Evening with Peter Scudamore MBE

Our annual Pre-Cheltenham Evening with Peter Scudamore MBE and his panel of experts who will discuss and debate the Runners and Riders at the 2020 Cheltenham Festival. 

Tickets: £35 including two course dinner and a glass of Wye Valley’s Butty Bach or wine.               

Stay the night from £155 including full English breakfast 

About an hour’s drive from Castle House, the Cheltenham National Hunt Festival is from Tuesday, 12th to Friday, 15th March.  Base yourself at Castle House with Bed & Breakfast from £155 for two per night.

Easter Flower Workshop with Debbie Coplans

Debbie Coplans, owner of Beehive Florist in Hereford and our In-House florist, will show how to make a beautiful Easter garland and arrangement, using an assortment of fresh spring flowers. Afterwards, we'll all have a delicious two-course lunch in the restaurant.  An ideal Easter present!
