We feel very much part of the Herefordshire tradition for great food. My own farm, Ballingham Hall,is just eight miles from the Hotel. Built in 1602, it has been in my family for 120 years. I farmed here with my father and grandfather, and now run the business with my son George. We are passionate about what we do, and about british farming, so you can be sure that what arrives on your plate is the very best from Herefordshire and the Marches.
