Booking Terms and Conditions

We are delighted that you are considering making a booking with us.  Please take a moment to review the following terms & conditions, as these will apply to any booking you make with us.

Please note that by clicking the acceptance of terms on our booking form, you agree to be bound by our terms.

1: Bookings can only be accepted by persons over the age of 18.
2: Your booking is personal to you and you are responsible for it.  When you make your booking you must not attempt to use any name other than your own.
3: If you make a booking on someone else’s behalf, you must state the correct name of each guest.
4: Cancellation for 1 – 3 rooms is accepted up to 2.00 pm on the day prior to arrival.  Cancellation for 4 or more rooms is accepted up to 2.00 pm on the day three days prior to arrival.    If you cancel after the deadline we reserve the right to charge you the amount of your first nights accommodation.
5: Check in is from 2.00 pm onwards on your day of arrival and check out is by midday on your day of departure. 
6: Early arrivals / late checkouts may be available by prior arrangement.  When a customer checks out late without prior arrangement we reserve the right to make an additional charge equivalent to the prevailing rate at that time of one nights accommodation. 
7: Rooms are guaranteed for late arrival.
8: Guests may be required to present a credit card when checking in.
9: Credit card details are required for advance bookings. 
10: Payment on arrival is required for guests booking on arrival. 
11: Guests are required to settle all charges on departure unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed in advance.
12:  The maximum occupancy permitted per room is as follows:
• Single Room – One adult
• Double Room – Two adults
• Junior Suite – Two adults
• Castle Suite – Two adults & two children (under 16)
13: We reserve the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
14: We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave the hotel, if he/she is causing a disturbance or behaving in an unacceptable manner.
15: Guests are allowed guide dogs only.
16: Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the hotel.
17: We will not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to your booking, arising from:
• Acts of God
• Fire, explosion or accidental damage
• Extreme adverse weather conditions
• Collapse of building structures, failure of plant & machinery, computers or vehicles
• Interruption or failure of utility service
• Any other act, event, omission or accident, which is beyond our reasonable control.
